Pueblo Bonito Golf & Spa Resorts, known for its beachfront properties in Los Cabos and Mazatlán, has unveiled a European Plan (EP) hotel with the debut of Pueblo Bonito Vantage San Miguel de Allende. Tucked away in Mexico’s central highlands, the hotel unites local traditions with technological comforts, singular experiences, and personalized service.
Pueblo Bonito Vantage is a short walk from the historic center of an enchanting colonial settlement designated by UNESCO as a World Heritage Site. The well-preserved city is renowned for its Spanish baroque architecture, cobblestone streets, and thriving arts scene.
Built in homage to the city’s architectural heritage, the hotel showcases the elegance of contemporary Mexican design in every space. Multicolored, with a Moorish influence, the boutique property features exquisite fabrics, unique artifacts, and hand-crafted furniture in its public spaces.
“The beauty of this new hotel is in the details¨, said Lucy Ruiz, general manager. ¨At Pueblo Bonito Vantage, we believe that true luxury is handmade. It’s not only about beautiful spaces or refined amenities, but about creating moments that feel authentic, personal, and deeply connected to the culture of each destination. Luxury comes from the hands that serve, the hands that craft meaningful experiences, and the hands that care for every detail to genuinely surprise our guests.”
The hotel’s hacienda-style buildings comprise 111 well-appointed guest rooms and suites that accentuate guest comfort. Most of the accommodations feature terraces with outstanding views of the city’s historic downtown district, including its iconic neo-Gothic church, Parroquia de San Miguel Arcángel.
Aromatika Spa, a tranquil oasis, offers an extensive menu of wellness experiences and lavish holistic care, including facials, massages, full-body treatments, innovative biohacking technology, and a hydrothermal circuit. There’s also a fitness center, beauty salon, bridal suite, and retail shop.
LaFrida, the hotel’s gourmet Mexican restaurant, presents a show in coals and fire as well as top-shelf wines and cocktails. The dining room is a celebration of color, with indigo blue and raspberry-colored walls accented by antique Venetian mirrors. Chef Anaisa Guevera, selected among the Best New Chefs in Mexico 2024 by Food & Wine, oversees LaFrida’s culinary operation.
In the evening, V Rooftop Bar, a spacious open-air terrace, offers panoramic views of San Miguel’s historic landmarks. Tapas and drinks are served in a lovely al fresco setting.
Pueblo Bonito Vantage experiences ensure that guests can fully enjoy all that San Miguel and its environs have to offer, from guided walking tours of the historic city to sommelier-led tastings of local Guanajuato wines.
